I'm a busy mom chasing after 3 little boys and my fitbit says that I'm burning avg 2200-2300 cals/day. I have finally lost all my baby weight and am trying to maintain so I am eating all my calories. This just seems like a lot though and like I said I want to maintain but don't want to gain the weight back. What do you think?

Well there are other variables to consider - your height, age, actual current weight for example, but I don't think that sounds unreasonable. I eat just over 1900 and am losing (I('m 5'8 and ove 200lb so I have a lot to lose); maintainence for me is closer to 2500 (approximately).0

That sounds very reasonable to me.
Keep in mind that if you are just settling into maintenance that a 2 or 3 pound gain is perfectly normal. So if you are trying to maintain 140, drop to 137 or so first and expect the gain. Don't let it freak you out. It will settle.0 -
always eat the right amount of calories....don't under-eat...............i eat tons of food throughout the day and lose weight with regular exercise........plus under-eating will make your body at some point in time feel like it needs to splurge.........then that's when you start seeing too much food intake........trust me.....i know0
