I don't know him personally but he is one my MFP friends and he has inspired me to keep on going. Let me tell you, he works hard doing cardio and never eats back his calories. Thanks for all your comments, I went to 5 different websites to verify calorie amount and they ranged from 190-420 for 12 yogurt pretzels! I just decided it was better to burn 650 calories to be safe!

Wow, lots of feedback and thank you. I'm a goal oriented person too, so I'm pretty much going to wait until April. I can feel that I've lost more than 12 lbs too, I just want to wait to be surprised. I went on a 30 day water fast and had no problems. I lost 40 pounds and then slowly gained it all back. I'm now eating 1700 calories for 6 months and should lose the same amount or more by eating which is better for me. However, the cleansing effect from my water fast was amazing. Good luck. Juice should be no problem.

I've made a commitment to myself not to weigh in until I reach 6 months. My reasoning is because I've been discouraged with myself constantly weighing in and expecting dramatic results. Hang in there.

Yes, I've had a doctor tell me that I'm allergic to all those foods and it causes inflammation, so I do my best to stay away from those foods. I'm really liking this site, and I'm focusing on calories and have lost 3.6 lbs since Saturday. It's amazing how much food a person can actually eat, yet still reducing calories!!
