I haven't tried making the individual portions. Honetsly, sometimes the junk food doesn't even make it into the house from the store because I ate in all in the car. :/

I want a lift too! Weight gain, back to back pregnancies, more weight gain, nursing 2 babies... I'm all National Geographic now. I'm a 38 DD, before kids I was lucky to be an A. I have nicknamed them Flapjacks.

I would love to offer support! I also have a 2 year old and 9 month old. The weight from the first hadn't dropped off and I was already pregnant again! It's frustrating for sure to drop the pounds.

Ultimately, I would love to lose 70 lbs. I feel like setting the ticker in 20 lb increments is more encouraging to me. I work better with the smaller goals.

Yes! The random food I grab when I'm tired is ridiculous. If its 2am and its just me and the baby awake...Well, my sons Halloween candy is fair game. Spoonfuls of peanut butter because I forgot to eat breakfast? Why not!? Yeah, and I wonder why I'm big. So, do y'all add in the extra calories to account for nursing each day?
