I think the perfect female body measurements are the ones that you can obtain naturally and without any form of self...manipulation. AKA surgery and starvation diets. Especially the latter:/

Aw don't feel too bad! I messed up today, the day before and the day before that! Try having something filling as a post workout snack/meal maybe?? Somebody told me to try a chopped up apple with greek yoghurt and honey once...I haven't tried it yet BUT you could!:) Also sugar free hard candy to suck on works like a charm if you want to taste something that isn't gum

I use what I'm assuming is the UK equivalent- truvia:D I put it on my oatmeal when I have it. Sometimes my cereal too, depending on how I feel:P

Have you considered making your own soy sauce substitue? Some of the families in my neighbourhood do that. If you just google recipes a ton of links come up:)
