Thats exactly why I log "1 calorie burned".. because it messes up my macros. I just set my calorie goal a little higher to account for some of my exercise calories. I dont like the macro adjustments

i've been on armour thryoid since mid april and havent been able to lose anything. i know it takes time, i just dont know how much.

I did low carb for 2 months, under 75 grams a day. It really messed with my metabolism. i gained everything I lost plus more when i started eating carbs again. Also, please do not go low carb if you have any kind of hormone or thyroid imbalances. It can really jack with your body so be careful.

I think this is very common. Fear is the why.. I've been to two therapists and I still cant figure out why I keep doing this to myself. I gain and lose the same 20 lbs over and over again.. not sure why! I think everyone is different. Having someone hold you accountable helps. I have a buddy who has the same goals as me.…

OH MY GOD!! Me too! It fluctuates between needing to lose 10-12. It's very frustrating. I'm trying everything. Thanksgiving did mess me up but I'm back on track. Feel free to add me for support!
