I am trying to stay low in carbs...around 150 but when I exercise the MFP adds on calories which adds on carbs. How do I get my calories in without doing a carb overload?

MFP adds carbs to your goal when it adds in extra calories from exercise because it calculates your macro needs based on a percentage of your total calorie intake, not based on a set number of grams. If you need or want to stay under 150g carbs a day, then you'll probably just have to choose more low carb foods after your workout in order to hit your calorie goal. You can also change your macro goals manually to different percentages.0

Thats exactly why I log "1 calorie burned".. because it messes up my macros. I just set my calorie goal a little higher to account for some of my exercise calories. I dont like the macro adjustments0
