WW is a great program as long as you follow it. You are under no obligation to buy WW products. I never do because it is the same crap as in the stores. I think it is more of an issue of you telling yourself you 'can't ' have it, which in turn wil make you obsess about it more. When we think we can't have something we then want it more. So, put it in your head 'I don't want it'. Replace 'can't ' with 'don't '.

I have the Fitbit Flex which I wear 24/7 and then for any sort of workout I use my Polar FT7 which I love. They have a chest strap which makes it a lot more accurate but I would not wear that all day. Good luck with the choice that you make.

Sounds good, easy enough to follow. Alkalizing foods are so much better and heathier for you than donuts, soda, cakes, cookies, etc. Just look up alkalizing foods and you get a lot of info on it with a lot of choices with fruits and veg's. It just sounds like good and healthy eating. Good luck!

Both MFP and Weightwatcher's are excellent programs. They each have a different method of logging, either point value for one or calories for the other. I am currently doing both and have discovered that they are the same in food value. Good luck.

I was able to lower mine and get off the medication. I did it by removing certain stresses, took up meditation, started walking a lot, lowered my soduim levels and lost some weight in addition to stopping drinking for awhile. Now I rarely drink alcohol. Good luck to you.

From what I noticed from reading your dairy for three days, I found you're high on your sugar intake. Try consuming less, stay within your macros or less and see if that helps.
