Watch your sodium intake. It could be causing water retention. Also, too much fiber and some veggies can cause gas and bloating. Drinking lots of water may help.0

Sodium, food allergy, have you tried some digestive enzymes? betaine? papaya? if you are logging your foods you should be able to pin this done somewhat0

Too many carbs, especially when I eat really close to or over my limit! Even when I make whole grain or other good choices, when I've eaten something at every meal, I feel bloated!0
