I don't always look at my calorie intake I focuse more on eating at least 3 to 4 healthy meals a day with 2 healthy snacks and get my water intake in. I also make sure that I exercise everyday. As long as you are eating healthy and exercising I wouldn't worry about how it all adds up on the calorie counter. Yes it helps…

Well I am back after taking 4 days off. It feels good to have done the workout again but I will see how I feel in the morning. The workout seems to be getting alittle easier at level 1 but again I will let you know in the morning how I feel. Well good night all.

I also try to bring healthy snacks such as carrots or celery to eat on the go, but I don't always feel full with those things so I drink alot of water. Day one done! Holy cow was that hard, the jumping jacks and jump rope are the hardest for me. My knees were popping and grinding but hopefully these moves will strengthen them. I just had a question does anyone know how to log that onto the exercise log? Do you just list it under cardio? please let me know.

I am so glad someone told me about this post. I just had my son 11 weeks ago although I have lost all of my pregnancy weight I was overweight prior to getting pregnant so I am trying to get to a better BMI which means I need to lose about 70lbs! Well I will just take it one day at a time.

I agree breastfeeding helped alot. I gained 27 lbs with this pregnancy and I have lost 30lbs so far. Hopefully, it keeps coming off, but I need to start working out as well.
