I wore my "little black dress" yesterday for the first time in 10 years too, It was a little baggy in the waist and I was very happy that I fit in it again! I'm a newbie at posting, but I lurk a lot, what does NSV stand for?

I've heard to take a break from the scale and just focus on getting healthy. For me, it was finding what my body needed calorie wise in order to lose, everyone's different.

You have to start somewhere right? Just keep doing the modfied moves and you will get stronger! Then your kids won't laugh at you, they will join in the workout with you! That's what my twins +1 does anyway!

Thanks! I just had twins so my stomach is very stretched out! I'm hoping with all the insanity I'm doing it will tone up a bit!

Have you taken pictures? I didn't think there was *that* big of a difference with my 20lb loss, but when I put my pictures side by side I can totally see a difference!

Insanity it appropriately titled because the first time I did it, I was like, these teeny meeny little people, who all have six packs are falling over at the end of the videos, it is truly insane! So as long as I keep moving my endurance will get better and I am keeping up now with them! Even my husband who is in the Fire…

I hope this works, I don't post often, but I started doing Insanity last September, took some time off during the holidays and returned the first of this year and have lost 20 pounds since January, 30 total.
