Tins of light flavoured tuna/chop chop chicken with ryvita crakers/corn thins/ single portions of cooked rice. Some weight watchers frozen meals (or read the back of other brands, you can usually find others with less calories and sooo yummy)

Swap your office chair for a swiss ball - people may laugh at first but who cares! You will be working your core all day and your posture will automatically improve or you will roll off! Burning calories while sitting down, and it's fun :)

I say go for it! As long as you keep the cals under your daily limit you will still lose weight. You just won't be getting as much nutrition from the meal (vitamins etc) and you will probably be hungry again in an hour lol.
