I stick with my intake goal the exercise calories are just a visual for meto see what i burned. If I'm goning to dip into them then its more for i'm hungry.

I did Dr. Ian Smith Shredded it. It worked for me the part that i had to get use to was eating every 1 1/2. In the end the results are there and I continue to use as a maintance

I wouldn't go for the most expensive, I go my on amazon. Some people like the chest band and some just like the watch. It depends on the personal peference

I agree with the previous post on the calories burned when exercising that is why I bought a watch with heart rate band for a more accurate account. When I post on MPF I just adjust the calories up or down based on the watch. Again do what works for you a true test will be the change in how your clothes feel on you.

Welcome Tigerbell, I've been on MFP for a while now and based on the infmation I put in to start it gave me a calorie intake of 2249 daily.
