Urghh I baked cookies, and have been eaitng them all day!!!! So, I am over points and calories yet again.. I don;t know why I keep doing this to myself. I just can't get my head into it.

Yesterday I did well, but it's not looking good for today. I baked cookies again... and I only have 500 calories left for supper and i have spagetti and garlic bread planned. Tomorrow will be a new day.

I am doing really well... but honestly it is pretty easy when I get 54 points per day!!! LOL! I am feeling thinner and really good. Did 30 day shred yesterday, that felt really good too!

I am a lifetime member and have re-gained my weight twice now. The 2nd time I never got all the way back to goal but only had 10lbs to go. Each time I re-grained it was for the same reason: I stopped going! LOL!

I recognize you from the pregnancy board! I just joined weight watchers on Wednesday. I did the program from 2002-2004 and lost 86lbs, and I am hoping to do it again! My baby is 11weeks old, and while my pregnancy weight is gone (40lbs) , I still have almost 100lbs to lose to reach my goal. Glad to join!

I suppose looking back they went fast... but the first two weeks were really hard and really long! I had some troubles with breastfeeding, and since I started supplementing as well as breastfeeding things have improved dramatically. It gets easier each day. :smile:
