  • I use Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish - it removes everything, even waterproof mascara, in one easy swipe with a muslin cloth rinsed out in warm water.

  • It's a Friday morning for me - in the buff in front of the mirror :embarassed: !! I've put the scales in a 'not so accessible' place now though so that I don't weigh every day. My Friday 'surprise' is so much better.

  • Hi - I'm a WW convert (although my subscription doesn't stop until early December!). My main positive is that you can scan labels with the MFP app which means when making recipes from scratch it is so easy to calculate individual portions sizes after wards.
