You cared enough about what others think (specifically, that others would think you are too cool to care) to comment on this post, so...

It's a rare day that I have underwear on 5 minutes after I walk in my front door (I immediately get into yoga pants or leggings), and I definitely don't wear any while working out.

Why not get some fake ones? I know lots of people who have and who are very happy with the results.

The tortilla at Chipotle adds like 300 calories! I very rarely go, but when I do I get the bowls now (which, actually, have around 400-700 calories, depending what you get (the lower end if you stay away from the cheese/sour cream/guacamole).

My Costco has 24 packs of pre-peeled hard boiled eggs. I love those.

I feel sorry for anyone who has no sense of humor. Yikes, lady.

I remember reading somewhere that a drop of about 30 pounds approximately = one extra inch "revealed"...uh...where it counts. Maybe you can find that written somewhere in a fitness article or magazine and "accidentally" leave it open on the counter where he'll definitely see it. ;)

Running may not be the "best" way to lose weight, but it is the best way for ME to lose weight. Because I love running. If HIIT works that way for you, that's awesome, stick with that.

Zoloft had the opposite effect on me. It made me far less hungry (which probably means that I was hungry/eating because of the anxiety, not because of actual hunger). I had a really good experience with it overall (unfortunately I had to stop because we are trying to concieve, but I plan to go back on it as soon as I can).

I enjoy running and I had a lot of pain in my breasts from lack of support (seriously those thin stretchy s/m/l bras are the WORST), and I didn't want to double up regular bra/stretchy sports bra, because that wears out my bras too fast. So, I read a lot of reviews on amazon, and chose the Moving Comfort Juno bra. I love…

I wish you could "like" comments on here!

There are a few gyms in my area called "Orange Theory Fitness" that claim those kinds of calories burned after a 60-minute workout. Of course, that's using their monitors, so that may be about as accurate as the treadmill's calorie count ;).

Put the medicine ball on the floor and squat until your butt hits it. Then do, say, 3-5 sets of 10 reps of that. If you don't feel that the next day, then do more sets the next time (or up your reps). But maybe you've just got really strong quads already :) If that's the case, try squatting with a weighted barbell!

Does your college have therapists available for students? Often, they'll provide therapy at a low cost for students.

My TDEE minus 20% is a little over 1400 per day. I think on MFP I put in a target of 1 pound a week, and it has me at 1350. It's low. It sucks. Maybe I am quick to misread peoples' intentions because I am so hungry/angry (hangry?) ;). I'm a short girl, though. And fairly sedentary. Need to up my calories out and put on…

800-1300 calories a day? Yikes. No thank you. I'll stick with the other guy - 1400 is hard, but your thing is impossible ;)

Seriously? Maybe it is easy for you, who presumably is allotted more calories, but by your own calculation, I only get to eat about 1400 calories a day. That's HARD. When a couple bites of cake for a co-worker's birthday takes away at least 1/10th of your entire day's food - that's hard. When you're jimmying together a…

Basically everyone I went to high school with is now selling protein shakes in various multi-level-marketing schemes on Facebook. So I hear about these magical shakes constantly, with no mention of the calories in the shake, total daily calories, macros, etc. Just "Ask me about losing weight so easy with…

I did the Skinny ***** diet a few years back, except I didn't exercise (like, at all) and I didn't give up alcohol or diet coke (which the book requires). I lost about 35 pounds in about 3 months - but I had also left a very toxic boyfriend around the same time, and the veganism helped me to stop binge eating (which I had…

Commenting because I am also interested in strapless heart rate monitors (where would the strap even go, on women? My heart is pretty much covered! Anyone want to develop a flexible heart rate monitor for ladies that clips onto the inside of your bra with me? :)). Also - do you wear the strapless heart monitor only during…

Just as a point of reference I wear a size 10 at Lulu and am 165/5'4". I have their "tata tamer" bra (LOVE - holds the DDs steady while running without squishing them down) and two pairs of running pants (I really love that their pants have side pockets on the thighs (convenient for Ipod) and an inner drawstring (I'm…

I just stopped my Zoloft last week. Withdrawals were not great, but I was able to work (just tired and generally dizzy). Not sure about the weight gain worry - Zoloft decreased my hunger. I probably lost 5-10 pounds on it. I love Zoloft - it made a HUGE difference in my personal and professional life, and living without my…

100% of my reason to lose weight is that my inner thighs rub together and when I sweat, it causes a very painful rash. And I live in Arizona, so this is frequent! Tired of wearing pants in the summer! Otherwise I like being a curvy girl and even if I lose some weight, I would rather stay around a size 8/10, if possible (a…

And, if you live in Phoenix like me, they prevent you from having to run in 100+ degree heat all summer! I save certain shows as only for treadmill shows. My husband hates my trashy reality shows, so I only let myself watch them when I run on the treadmill in the other room. I've become addicted to this particularly bad…

I think that guy was talking about the girl who was told she was "too fat to cheer" - like, screw them, they're on the sidelines, get your own competitive sport. I don't agree with the sour grapes, of course, but I understand why he said that! To both girls: check out Cheerleaders on AwesomenessTV's channel on Youtube. Not…

I have (and LOVE) a couple Moving Comfort Juno bras (they were the highest rated on Amazon, so that's what I got). I also just bought a "Ta-Ta Tamer" from LuLuLemon and it is great as well.
