I am measuring at both my belly button and around my ribcage. I've looked that up as well and know that I have to measure at the smallest part. That is the part that is 30 inches. My stomach around my belly button is 33 inches :,(

I do at least 30 minutes of cardio, ab workouts, pushups, and resistance training. Sometimes I do zumba for 15 minutes. I have ankle weights and wrist weights (both about 2.5 pounds) that I use during all of it. I mix things up as well. I'm not doing the same exercises every day.

I think you've been doing great as far as getting healthier. If you have a weight loss goal, I would suggest rewarding yourself with a new haircut or wardrobe when you're finished to make yourself feel even better :)

Well, aside from the amount you eat....I would say the elliptical and the kinect dance games are great exercises. Personally, I would add maybe an ab workout or some kind of strength training. Also, there will be people who tell you what you eat is wrong, how much you eat is wrong, when you eat is wrong, how you workout is…

I agree with this statement. Furthermore, maybe it's the whole "opposites attract" thing. It's possible that if you were the one that was 50lbs overweight you wouldn't be as attracted to bigger women. Maybe.

I recently got off of that diet. Honestly it worked pretty well, but for me, I wasn't able to handle the foods I was having to eat. It was gross. So I reached a certain weight today and went back to counting calories. I don't discourage the no carb diet.

It might not ACTUALLY do anything to your carbs, but on my diary it lowered the number. Maybe a technical issue?
