Ok here's a (probably stupid) question: does logging your water consumption cause your carb intake number to go down?
Ex: If it says you consume 73 carbs in a day, then you log that you had 4 cups of water, and it says you only had 37 carbs that day...how does that happen?

It doesn't, water has nothing to do with your carbs.0

It might not ACTUALLY do anything to your carbs, but on my diary it lowered the number. Maybe a technical issue?0

Have never seen that happen. I even just tested it. If you're seeing this happen maybe post under the help forum?0

Did you also just log some exercise? Because when you log exercise it increases all your macros except sodium...0
