Pre-cook steel cut oats, add mild or almond milk in the morning, mash banana or berries and some egg whites. Quick, healthy and you should be full till lunch time.

Its totally fine to have 1-2 serving of fruit per day, just choose your fruits carefully, I would stay away from high sugar fruit like bananas or grapes.

28lb in 8 weeks? too much too soon, the weight will come back as fast as it come off, you need to eat real food and exercise to be successful. i don't know anybody who kept weight off long term on slim fast.
