You are truly an inspiration to me! I have100+ lbs to lose and it sometimes just feels overwhleming but seeing others do it motivates me. Thank you for sharing that there is "no secret" and it's just a new way of life...well balanaced life. Thanks!

With the exact ingredients that I use (specific brand of cheese, etc) I get 227 calories a slice...which is 1/8 of the quiche. So it's not that bad and I will normally add some side dishes to it like salad or something else to fill me up.

I LOVE coffee too and I just have regular coffee (I use the Keurig K-cups) with 1-2 tablespoons (measured) of International Delight Sugar Free French Vanilla Creamer. I love this creamer and it's only 20 calories per tablespoon. Then I add 2 packets of Splenda..yes I need all that sugar :)

I normally get the fajitas and ask for extra lettuce (so I can sort of make a fajita salad), eat the beans and give the sour cream, cheese, gaucamole and rice to my boyfriend...tastes delicious and can still be kind of high in calories but not as bad as some of the other items!

SW: 286.5 (11/28/10) CW: 281 (12/5/10) Pounds to lose before Christmas = 4.5! The next c ouple of weeks are going to be tricky with holiday get togethers, parties, work lunches, etc! I know I have to stay focused, it's not like I haven't been to a holiday party before..no need to pig out!
