Twisty ab exercise

What do you call the exercise where you are seated on the floor, legs raised off the ground - and then you twisted from side to side (sometimes with a weight), touching the ground with your hands before twisting back the other way? This is a very common ab exercise and yet for the life of me I cannot think of the propper name for it...

    Or a Russian Twist
  • umm... Jillian calls those 'squirms' and her oblique twist is done in plank position bringing the knee in and twisting it to the opposite side. There is probably several different names for every exercise out there.
