Congrats! I'm hitting my 100th day next week -- down about 33lbs from start!

What app is this pulled from?

Put simply: people like to blame others. They don't like to take personal responsibility for their actions. With smart home-prepared meals (stocking up when proteins, beans, even canned/frozen veggies are on sale) the cost is cheaper, if not less than the drive-thru. Cook in large servings and reheat for for the next…

When they're on sale, I'll buy a few. Just had a 4/$10 special at my local market so I purchased 8. They're good for a pinch, but the sodium is indeed high. Still, MFP says I'm within my sodium restrictions for the day, but on the days I eat them, I'm conscious of my other salt consumption.

To be honest, I'm not sure. What I can say though is that within a week, it's not too hard to wean yourself off it and go unsweetened...really! I did it at the start of the month. I've also made the move to Dr. Oz's love, Stevia, for those few things I need it for (i.e. 1/3 of a pack in chai tea).

That's when I usually reach for a Luna or Kashi bar.

One thing that's not fun: Insanity. Lately I've been enjoying GSP Rushfit.

I generally pop on the scale in the morning (about an hour after waking up) -- I generally find that I'll have a fluctuation between waking and that time, up to a pound a half less, even if I've eaten breakfast. Sometimes while preparing for bed, I'll get on the scale. I can generally account for a 2lb swing overnight.

Thanks -- I'll try that this week!
