GSP RushFit and Other MMA

Hello all!

I've recently starting doing Georges St-Pierre's RUSHFIT workout system and am LOVING IT. Check it out.


Just wondering if anyone has any tips/advice on the best/most accurate method to enter any of these MMA style workouts into Exercise for the most accurate reflection of time spent/calories burnt.

    Have fun Rushfit is awesome!

    Not sure if there is a real good way to enter these workouts but I saw a Kickboxing (Turbo Jam) entry in the data base. I think that would be pretty close......Of course the Balance and Agility wourkout is TOUGH.....I never looked forward to the last 10 minutes of that! I would add extra calories for that. lol

    you could figure out the strength excercises (bicep curls, push ups, etc.) one by one if you wanted to get real percise.

    I started using MFP this week and it's my first week of the RushFit intermediate training calendar. Struggling with how to enter the workouts into MFP. Would love to know if you found a way that works for you. Thanks!
