Start off squats without weight & gradually add a little weight: ) I did this process myself!

I do treadmills for 60 mins every time I go to gym. But not sure how do you do squats on treadmills if that's what you meant?; )

Thanks for your advice: ) I am about 160cm tall, which is below average height. However my body fat percentage is very high: about 33%!!!....my main goal is to cut down body fat & at the same time train muscles. At my height, with 15% body fat, is about 45 kg.:) Can I add you as a friend?: )
