In all honesty I would have to say the most support I get is from people on here. No one in my real life really supports me. BUT at the same time, this is something I have to do for me so I don't think I really want to rely on others for support. It's nice to get a cheer here and there though!

I love Nutella too much. I don't buy it anymore. I can not have just a serving size!!!

I started out having to lose over 150lbs, half of my body weight. I did 10lbs at a time. Just keep going and reach for your ultimate goal. There are probably going to be times where you slack off or don't try as hard as you could or even plateaus. Just keep at it and never give up.

That is awesome! Keep up the good work!

I ate a lot of bad food that tasted yummy. I didn't exercise at all. My depression led to eating to make myself feel better (in the moment). After awhile I didn't care what I looked like and losing that much weight seemed impossible.

You are doing an AMAZING job! Kudos to you girl!

GREAT JOB!!! That is a wonderful accomplishment! I look forward to when I finally can say the same. The longest I have run nonstop is 2 miles. And I have never run outside, only on the treadmill and I don't know how different it will be. I am super nervous.

My weight doesn't show on mine so I never bothered to change it so it still says the weight I was when I was 17 lol. I am nowhere near that. I also didn't change my photo last year, just renewed it by mail. Looking at my pic I look very different now. I'm looking forward to the next time I need a new pic :) Should be at my…

My hubby could lose a couple lbs. He works out occasionally and eats healthier than he use to. Would I love for him and I to workout together and eventually go on runs together, sure. I'm not going to force him though. So he does his thing and I do mine. My advice, worry about you. And make healthier food that he will want…

Started today :) Went well. Excited to get through the program and attempt my first 5k!

I like running a lot more now than I use to. I played soccer in high school and that was fine when there was some to do lol. When I started working out I wanted to run because I thought it would be something great to overcome because at that point I couldn't. I ran slow. Very slow. Until it got a bit easier and then I…

You are awesome! 100 pounds off is a great accomplishment. I can't wait to be 100 down. Keep up the good work sir!

I plan on starting tomorrow and do it every other day in between my other workout, so I am in :)

Wear what you want. If I had a nice flat stomach I would run in a sports bra. I see women do it all the time and it doesn't bother me, just like when I see a man running without a shirt.

I can understand where you are coming from. I tend to look at the how far I have to go rather than how far I have come. For me it's hard to be working my butt off and eating healthy and still feeling fat. I would say, just keep at it. It's not going to change over night, it will take time. I have been on this journey for…

I guess if you want it then eat it. Personally I think fast food is not so tasty. :indifferent:

Little changes make a big difference! Good job on being more conscientious of what you eat and on being more active :)

I have lost about 82lbs and I would like to lose another 72lbs or so. I would like to have some muscle definition so I might end up weighing more than my goal weight. I am on here everyday so if you want to add me, feel free.

I slice them lengthwise and put a bit of olive oil and garlic salt and grill them. Pretty much the only way I like it.

I highly doubt you were the reason it broke. Sometimes things are made crappy and break. When I started working out on my treadmill I was 290+ pounds and the weight limit was 250. I didn't have any problems. I'm sorry that your husband sounds like an *kitten* though.

You look awesome girl!

You just have to do it. It's going to be easier to get on it now rather than wait. I wish I had gotten my butt in gear after I had my kids instead I just gained more. There are exercises I have seen that you can do with your baby. http://www.parenting.com/gallery/exercises-to-do-with-your-baby…

I can't see your pics but good job on your weight loss! Great inspiration for me to keep on keepin' on :)

lol, I was worried for a min. Although next month I won't be in the 20's club anymore...

I use to drink a lot of pop. Vanilla Coke was my fave. I switched to diet and stopped drinking regular pop. I like flavored waters too, especially carbonated ones. I love coffee. I have a hard time sleeping at night and sometimes I need caffeine to wake up in the morning. Drinking only water would be very depressing, lol.
