Questions for runners in MI
Hi all :) I live in Oakland County Michigan and want to run a 5k next spring. I was wondering if anyone around this area new of good runs or a good website to look up runs. This will be my first 5k ever so I have no idea how to go about this and I don't personally know anyone that runs that I could ask. Thanks :)

So excited! My elliptical/stationary bike came today!

I am doing what I am supposed to BUT...
I'm losing weight, eating healthy, staying under my calories and exercising like I am supposed to...so WHY do I feel so glum and bummed out? I am hoping this feeling will pass. I don't think it will discourage me or anything but it def makes it harder. Anyone else go through this?

Help with blisters
I have been working out on a treadmill for over a week now. As I have been on longer and going faster, I got a terrible blister on the back of my ankle.
