After losing almost 40lbs my forehead, feet, waist and chin all look much better. My arms and legs and belly all look saggy now and it sucks. My MFP friends who have lost a ton of weight tell me eventually the skin shrinks back to your smaller size. Just gotta be patient (and maybe lift some weights!)

You do realize by posting her video here you're helping her get what she wants? (More viewers, more drama and likely cash from sponsors?) When you see something you don't like on the internet, the best thing to do is not tell a soul about it... that's how the trash can works online. Lots of unworthy things go viral because…

The Halfalargepizzaeverynight diet was the worst...I was doing that and EatwhateverIwant at the same time. Would you believe I didn't lose anything? I actually GAINED 60lbs!

You look amazing!! Great Job. Congrats on all your hard work. Its clearly paid off!

I started out at 220 and my goal is to weigh 120... so my goal is to lose 100lbs total. As of this morning I weigh 191.00 so 29lbs lost. Be patient! Weight loss will slow down and maybe stop for a bit and then woosh.. you'll see a nice loss again. For me the key to success so far is just never giving up. Feel free to add…

This is what I do as well. Glycemic index is hard to track (although helpful to understand the WHY behind reducing carb intake) I definitely lose more weight when I cut out the high carb/high glycemic foods. I feel much better too. No awful bouts of hypoglycemia as long as I watch what I'm eating.

This is #2 on my "worst" list. Ugh.

The sequel to 300 - "300 the rise of an empire" made me so pi**** I threw stuff at my TV... I've never hated another movie quite so much!

I like the taste of the Advocare shakes best. Way better than the EAS and Muscle Milk and other kinds of shakes I've tried... some are so nasty I end up throwing them away almost unused! Herbalife..eh... they're ok. I've never tried the beachbody ones. The chocolate Advocare shake with 1/2 a frozen banana and 1 tbsp of…

I've averaged 1200 calories per day for for about 3 months and I've lost almost 30lbs. I'm 5ft 3 and 28 yrs old. Make sure your eating plenty of healthy fats (nuts, olive oil, full fat dairy ) and protein (chicken, fish, eggs). The more "whole" foods you can incorporate the more full you'll feel. Like someone else…

^^^ This is exactly what I plan to do. I can never live by the "oh well its just one day" rule... because a year is made up of 365 of those "just one day" moments. My goal is to eat more than my usual calorie deficit, maybe right at my maintenance calories or a few hundred over. Nothing more. I'm also not planning to cook…

Hum. None of that really sounds that awesome to me. But then again I'm not a person who really sees much in Vegas worth the trip. I can get a pretty nice chili dog and onion rings here in the midwest... Now if they had 5 gallon buckets of Porcini mushroom pasta...maybe I'd be interested :)

Most restaurants tell you what size steak your ordering on the menu  Also I've been known to bring a food scale and measure out calorie dense items... maybe its weird but whatever...

Protein, Healthy fats and fiber are the best things to keep you full. Its especially important to eat a good balance of these three at breakfast and lunch. Heres a few breakfast item suggestions: Greek Yogurt (the 100 calorie Chiobani yogurts have 12g of protein) Almonds, Pecans, Cashews (Just a small handful serving gives…

First - congrats on setting goals for running that's great!! I've always been happy with the workout clothes I've purchased from columbia.com Its usually well made (definitely better than the walmart stuff that doesn't last) and not *too* expensive like some of the other brands at the sporting goods store. I've also found…

Depends on how much cheese you put on the broccoli.

I'm a huge fan of these "make ahead breakfast sandwiches" I don't freeze them but I make them on sundays and store in the fridge. They kept well for the whole week. They're as good as a regular Mcmuffin (regular kind not egg white delite) and so much bigger/more filling!…

^^^ and this philosophy on life/diet is exactly why I'm fat. There are 365 "just one day's" in a year.

I work in the wedding industry and I can tell you no one has "the perfect wedding day" it doesn't exist. Just like any other day stuff will happen that you didn't expect or plan for. Its another day of real life... just like any other. You can enjoy your wedding day - regardless of the size of your dress. I guarantee it.…

^^^ This exactly. I weigh every day but only really log it when I see a loss or when I go to my Dr's to weigh in every 2 weeks.
