I love reading these blanket guides like you must follow this guide to lose weight. I eat bacon and eggs, steak, salads with olive oil and vinegar or good ol' blue cheese, put butter on everything and lose a lot of fat and feel the best I ever have in years. Yay Keto. Different things work for different people and their…

I've always felt like diet was the biggest contributor to weight loss and exercise really just helped with reshaping your body (strength training) or building stamina. Don't take me the wrong way. Exercise still helps burn calories. Frankly, in my experience, I lost more weight by diet alone with maybe some bodyweight type…

Yeah, green tea helps me with water in the morning, and then frankly I just got into a mode of water being pretty much the only thing I drink when it comes to non-alcoholic drinks. Now my body craves it and I regularly drink it throughout the day.

Hmm...I have the opposite reaction. I cut carbs out of my diet (except for non-starchy vegetables) for the most part and a lot of my depression went away immediately. Agreed on the calorie front.

BMI means nothing. Mine is right smack dab in the middle of the normal range too, but I got a gut still. Anyway, I agree with what the others have posted about retaining water. Much more likely when starting an exercise routine. As long as you aren't eating more calories than you think you are, then that will pass and…

Hard liquor. I am a whiskey person myself.

186 days.

Wow what a load of crap. My bacon eating keto ways says hello.
-
This, but I typically top out at 5-6/day, but typically its around 3.
-
I love the chocolate chip cookie dough QuestBars, but I've learned to just have 1 a day or 1 every other day. But trust me, they are good and I'd eat a bunch more if I could.

Do you poop everyday? Yes? Then you don't need a cleanse.

Not for everybody sure, but it is perfectly sustainable and not really difficult. Easily the easiest lifestyle change I've ever made. The only hard part was the first 2 weeks. Anyway, Keto allowed me to kick the sugar cravings, and when I do crave a dessert I've made all kinds of sugar free alternatives. Anyway, that's all…

Because everytime I go to a restaurant, I want them to give me what I don't want. /sarcasm Edit: Also, the only bad part of that pizza for me is the crust. ;)

2 eggs over medium, 2 slices of uncured bacon. Good eatin'.

Keto. Cured my sugar craving after a couple weeks. Sure a gram slips in here and there, but otherwise, been off of sugar since January.
-
This. Lost almost 20 pounds since January eating a diet composed of 65-75% fat every day.
-
These.

I have inflammation and problems with my facet joints in my neck. It has virtually disappeared on Keto.
-
I did this a couple months back. Made it up to 3 minutes 30 seconds before my form started getting way too sloppy to keep going. I kinda stopped doing the challenge after several days of that and moved on to other things. But I wouldn't mind trying it again :D

Why?
-
Nope. Thank you Keto.
-
Eat eggs and bacon every single day. Still not tired of it yet. I'll do either eggs over medium or scrambled with a little heavy cream and cream cheese mixed in.
-
Eggs over medium, bacon.

Started Keto mid January. 17 lbs. down so far. Feel free to add me!

Lets see... Feb 14th: 1 bottle of wine, 1/2 bottle of vodka. Whatever the hell I ate that night. ^ If you do that on Keto, you're going to have a bad time.
-
Wondering this. You said you've tried everything but you're only 18. Weight loss takes time. Stick with a sustainable plan for a while and you'll start to see some results.
-
Today I ate eggs cooked in butter, bacon. Will probably have a salad with steak and bleu cheese for lunch. Oh had some pepperoni for a snack.

I know I posted last month but I want to chime in. The other thing with ketostix is that you'll find you really don't need them after a certain point. When I first started keto, I was obsessive about measuring if I was in ketosis or not. Then gradually I figured out yeah I am because I'm hitting my macros everyday. At this…

Depending on activity level, its anywhere from 1600-1800. Typical weekdays being mid 1700's.

Cleanses are pointless because the body cleanses itself. You mentioned you haven't been logging, so you should really start logging again. To tie in with that, grab a food scale if you don't have one already and start weighing all the food you eat to make sure you are accurately logging. Before I got a food scale, I was…
