  • I have over 100 to lose...again. Lost 90 lbs about 5 1/2 years ago, but let a miscarriage and then the birth of my now 4 year old son totally derail me. Just started back a week ago. You'd be surprised how much the connections on MFP can keep you encouraged and focused, especially on the tough days. :) Excited for you all.

  • I love the vanilla but haven't tried the chocolate! I use the vanilla in my meal replacement shakes! LOVE IT! Probably gonna buy the chocolate now that you got it on my mind! :happy:

  • I exercise about 4 times a week, but I'm trying to get in more. I seem to lose the most when I increase my water intake. I try to shoot for 120 oz a day (I know that's a lot, but it really helps with my energy level and really helps increase my metabolism!). Good luck with your journey! You're gonna do great! :)
