I agree. Add some fat to your diet. Nuts, almond butter... and it doesn't look like youre getting that much protein. If necessary eat six smaller meals. Feel free to add me if you want to chat more. :)

I have had both. And it kinda depends what you are after. I love my HRM because I do lots of different types of workouts (crossfit, yoga etc) the hrm allows me to see how hard my work out was . The fitbit was great for getting me to take more steps during a day.

Depending on the type of workouts you are doing you could be eating too little food. Also adding strength training may help. Especially if you are going for healthier rather than just a weight number.

Looking over your diary you don't have a lot of fruits of vegetables... Can you add in more ? Your body is going to need more fuel than you are eating. Your metabolism is going to drop which is going to hurt your long term weight loss. Protein Shakes are a good option as an easy meal/snack. Feel free to message me!

Exercising is only a small part of weight loss. It really is all about diet. Finding the right calories and foods to support your workouts and your body.

Reeboks makes a pair of shoes specifically for HITT and crossfit type workouts. They are AWESOME! But I would recommend going to an Athletic Specific Shoe store and have them show you some shoes that are best.

Weight loss in a healthy way does take time. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pds a week. Just looking over your diary. It looks like you could eat some more veggies/fruit and healthy higher fiber grains.
