Nice Job, I was 238 about two years ago and lost 40 pounds and was at 198....well last month I wieghed myself and noticed I krept back up to 205, so I have joind here hoping this will give the boost I need to get to at least 160.

I know for me sodium intake is huge, if I have too much sodium I can weight.

You say your burning a 1000 calories in a half hour on your exercise bike..... that seems very high for a half hour.

Yes, I use the calories burned figure from my actual machine instead of theirs..they were a little high I noticed as well.

Thanks for info...very new to this. Im doing 45 minutes of cardio every morning and know i didnt feel like I needed to eat the calories back...
