Can I increase my sodium intake after I work out? I usually drink a Nathan Electrolyte drink (with zero calories, and quite a bit of iron, huzzah!) after a run, and I do know that they are heavy on the sodium, however, I've just sweated quite a bit. Does MFP consider exercise when calculating one's sodium intake?
