I may be checking in when I'm off work. Will definitely look into those articles and references you guys mentioned.

hi all, last night I blew it so today is day 1 again. my alcohol consumption has gone WAY down, I want it entirely gone. you guys are awesome just looking for some tips and some encouragement.

Thank you all! I'll change this morning to .5 lbs. Haven't worked out in a while and was slowly easing into it with cardio but I'll start incorporating some body weight exercises more and light weights til I can get back to where I was.

It was set at 2 but I just changed it. Should it be at 1lb or .5? 1 lb bumped it to 1490 cals

I had injured my lower back also about two years ago and experienced the same thing. Ended up having to go to physical therapy for a while and realized it was all the same things I could do in the gym. Main thing to remember while you're back is healing is to not push it (like you would for a normal workout). If it hurts…
