  • try eting a protein bar or a meal bar like the kellogs meal bars they are great when you are so busy they are 10 grams of protein too some of the other bars out there are higher in protein you need to keep up your protein or your body will take from your muscle mass and that is not good. You have to eat to stay healthy…
  • I couldn't stand the texture either and the fishy smell is hard to rinse off,maybe the shrimp covers some of the fishyness...I sure wish I liked them too.

  • I had the Gastric Bypass in October 2001 I have kept 75 % off but am now working at getting the 25% that I gain off . I hope to lose it in 3 months with exercise and refocus on what I'm eating .
