  • I drink out of a cup with plenty of ice using a straw it seems to help. Making sure my water is cold helps me want to drink and with the straw I seem to drink more at one time.
  • I like pre-made items like icecream sandwiches or little debbie snacks cause they are always the same size. I know I have a sweet tooth so I save some calories or work out.
  • You should eat your exercise calories back, but I would only do that if I was hungry. But there is a calorie deficet worked into your suggestion. If you go to Tools and then BMR calculator it will tell you how many calories you would burn if you did nothing all day. It might help you decided.
  • If you really don't want to count this weekend I would just eat till full and only wwhen hungry. And maybe replace baking a cake with doing some active, take a walk together or go swimming.
  • Try measing yourself with a tape you're probably losing inches. Go by how your clothes are fitting, even if you aren't losing weight you are getting healthier.
  • as long as you eat 1200 calories your fine. You don't need to eat your exact calories. I try to be a little under. I only eat if I'm hungry, don't force yourself to eat just to get the exact calories

  • I am not a health professional, but I would say its mostly water weight from a high sodium intake. Make sure you drink plenty of water to flush it out off your system and try again.
