I have found that if I prepare my fruit for lunches or snack for the entire week on Sunday, I am much more successful. This week I brought 5 clementines and sat them on my desk, had string cheese in the fridg and cut up 5 apples for each day of lunch.

I've been really watching my snacking. If it isn't planned, then I'm doing my best to stay away from it. I don't have a large appetite during meals, but I'm a bad snacker. I am the most successful when I cut out the junk food!

Hello! I am new to the challenge also. I don't have a huge amount of weight to lose. Ideally 10-15 lbs would get me to my absolute goal weight, but mostly just want to take charge of my life and eating again.

That's understandable. I really enjoy these challenges and it helps to see my weight by week in black and white. Maybe I can take over the challenges with the help of someone else!

I'm not starting until Sunday, but I'm giving 30 Day Shred another shot. Last time I only made it through the 1st level before I stopped. My goal this time is to complete the entire disk in the given 30 days. Just in time for Memorial Day and the start to my weekends at the beach!

Week 4 was rough for me. I actually didn't look at the scale this weekend, so the weight I enter will just be the same as last week. I need to get my act together and get back into the right mindset. My goal for the week is to eliminate my bad snacking habit. I will try to replace the junk food with some string cheese,…

I feel everyone's pain of St. Patty's Day celebrations. But, I've been extra good this week and have been logging my food and exercise. It's been a tough week emotionally for me, as my boss at work just quit and a few other little things. I'm making a conscious effort not to turn to food. Yesterday I took my frustrations…

I'm in! I had a lot of fun doing the st pattys challenge and since I weigh in on Saturdays, I will enter my starting weight from the end of that challenge. Good luck to all!

I second the vote for Memorial Day!!
-
Congrats!! Great job, stay motivated and keep pushing through those tough days :)

I'm starting to see the scale move, which is so motivating. I was starting to get very frustrated with that stupid 1-2 lb up/down every week or so since Christmas. I'm trying to stay motivated and keep my short term goal in mind, which is the beach. I need to be in a bathing suit for Memorial Day!
-
I was confused by that too. There's actually another tab at the bottom of the page for this challenge. Only took me 2 weeks to find it!
-
Do we use this same web address for each week? Do you add the new week for us?
-
I will be doing at least 4 days of 30+ mins of cardio at the gym along with doing weights at home at least 5 days.
-
My goal is to not give into boredom snacking and to watch my carb intake, while still keeping up my gym activity. Trying to turn this into a new lifestyle!

Hi everyone! I've been a member at MFP for a year or so. I'm the typical yo-yo dieter. I don't have a ton of weight to lose, but I am a weekend diet sabotager. I get frustrated because I spend the entire week working my butt off only to ruin it Saturday and Sunday. Within the last week, I have started looking into a lower…
