Feel free to add me (anyone!). Looking to be motivated and to motivate. I seem to have hit a plateau at the relative beginning and it's driving me nuts!!

I'm so indifferent with goal weight, because 100 pounds ago, I never chose a weight- just wanted to look and feel better.

But, now, at a ripe weight of 134, I'm not satisfied. I'm sure that's because I'm very jiggly and I suppose that makes me feel almost the same. I also don't like what I see when I take off my clothes, so ideally and just by guessing now, I'd say maybe 120 would be my goal for now? But that being said, 120 and http://cache1.bigcartel.com/product_images/108102882/IMG_7629.JPG  would be nice!

I've never been much lighter than 155... I don't think I could manage much lower.

    GW: 115 or a muscular 120 :)

I lost about 10 lbs eating at the recommended MFP calories. Started weight training (New Rules of Lifting for Women), and begant seeing a difference in how my body looks (highly recommend hitting he weights!). Not really watching the scale as much as body composition and BF%.

Feel free to add me :)

I'd like to be 110, actually. Assuming my body fat decreases, it won't matter the weight.

    I agree about lifting! But it's a challenge :o

I gained almost 100lbs from my pregnancy. Damn I wish someone would have taught me not to binge eat and eat healthier when I was younger. -.-

I am really confused about my goal weight though. A few people have told me this week that I shouldn't lose anymore weight. But I don't know if they are being nice or fake-concerned or actually they are trying to sabotage my diet efforts.

I am quite boney looking at 135 but I have a large frame. When you look at the celebrity weights for women of 5'7, they all seem to be below 120.

How do people decide on their goal weight? When is enough, enough?
