    Back in the summer i weighed at 136. and recently found out that i had a ovary tumour, where the liquid from it, was actually making me look like i was fat. Well brain thought i was. So obviously i dieted before hand. (in november i weighed 125) And so when i had the operation last week or so, i lost everything, i dropped like 10lbs. my boobs and bum like disappeared.
    So i'm aiming to gain the 10lbs back, and actually have some fat on me, it's really not that attractive no more.
    Sort of doesn't help at the moment, because my stomach muscles are weak and i can excercise, and need to wait till the end of march. :l where i can hopefully gain 5lbs by then :)

    Between 2011- 2012 lost 20lbs and have been struggling to keep it off. I am now trying to bust the 170 into 160.and keep it moving to my goal. I would love to get back to that toned body i had when i married my husband 11yrs ago (135lb):. We are both currently working out at the gym and even my youngst son of 16 has joined us making it family time. :smile: MOTTO.... Keep swimming (Finding Nemo)

    I'm 5'8" and my goal is 145 with 17-19% body fat. I started around 218, and am currently at about 180.

    I'm 46 years old. 5'7".
    CW: 147.5 with 33% body fat
    GW: 130 with 25% body fat

    My intermediate goal is 140. It's taking forever! But I will reward myself when I get to 140.

    I wear a 12-14 now. I'd like to be wearing 8s and 10s. I'd love to lose a cup size too!

    The belly fat is stubborn; looks like it may be the last to go.

    I'd like to get back to around 125lbs, but I am focusing on building muscle right now so it's going slowly. In the past when I've lost weight I haven't included much exercise and I think that's been my downfall. Plus having a baby and gaining far too much in pregnancy didn't help lol. This time I'm committing to being healthy and not as worried about what the scale says.

    So, crazily enough, we have super similar stats!

    5"7'
    Starting Weight: 171
    Current Weight: 160
    Goal Weight: 135

    And I am also 20, will be 21 in June. :)

    Weight isn't really what its about for me, but its a good benchmark. I think its really about being able to get into a size 7 dress... and reaching my goals by the end of April.

    pants size: 4 (i'm inverted triangle shape so hold my weight in arms/chest/stomach)

    CW: 157 (just started MFP a few weeks ago)

    My ideal weight was when I was 130, I looked my best, but that was pre-pregnancy, still in my 30s and just don't think I can ever achieve that at my age now. But we'll see how I feel once I get to 138. I'd even be happy at 140.

    I have had four children, last three by c-section and it has become harder to lose my weight. I have always been small but this last year I put on 30 lbs. While I would like to reach my goal I am more concerned about losing inches. I started going to the gym and muscle weighs more than fat. So if I dont get my weight back down but shed the inches ill be happy:).

    I'm a newbie (2 weeks yesterday) and my stats are:

    5'5"
    SW - 202.4
    CW - 197.5
    GW - 138

    I'm in agreement with others though that the scale matters less and how I feel is what really matters. If I feel good that's what I want. A single digit size 8 wouldn't hurt though either :)

    I am very muscular when working out (iget lots of muscle, fast) a previous trainer said there was no way I should be under 160.Mi think he's right.

    32 years old, 5'7", 143 lbs.

    My goal is focusing on more on toning up rather than weight, though if I were to see 135 again, I wouldn't complain!

    I'm often torn about what I want to do. I'm 20lbs higher than I was before I had my kids. I love the curves I have now in my butt and hips. But I hate my stomach and want it flatter. But I know if I exercise to get rid of the stomach, I'll also love the curves. So some weeks I want to exercise hard and lose weight, other weeks I want to exercise just to maintain.
