    Sometimes I think it would be good to get back down to 135-140, but another 5-10 pounds would force a wardrobe change, which I'm not willing to take on at this point. I'll get to 145 and see how that goes.

    I'm 5/8". Been being SOO true to the guidelines, but I've only lost 5 pounds in a month. I'm bummed.

    BF%- last time I had it done I was at 140- and around 20% Not sure where I am now though.

    I would say that 135 is the ideal weight for my height, where I am now I look a little too thin. But I am also starting to focus on building back some muscle and toning up a bit so I hope to end up around 135.

    My goal weight is questionable because I have a curvy figure and i don't want to be "skinny". Once i get to a point where I feel comfortable, I'll stop trying to lose and start maintaining. I'm not concerned about the numbers per say, but more so how i feel when i look in the mirror.

    I'm an Apple shape with a small frame. I have very skinny legs and carry all my weight in my torso. I've been stuck at 158 now for a couple weeks and I'm frustrated. I workout almost every day and I'm in pretty decent shape. I am eating very healthy and not drinking alcohol. I thought MFP set my calorie goal too low (1250- I was starving every night) so I calculated my BMR and upped my calories to 1450, plus I'm eating back my exercise cal. Does anyone have any suggestions, pointers, advice?

    GW: 120-125? Really I would just love to finish toning up and keep feeling as great and healthy as I do!
    People will really start to notice your hard work, and I feel like ultimately however far you get, feeling healthier and being able to do all the things you want to do physically is the best thing to gain, when you lose :)

    Maybe switch to going a little heavier (as in more frequently) on the weights/strength training? Relaxing a bit on cardio, and eating lots of fiber/fruits and veggies :)

    My current weight is 173. I started at 243. My goal is stay where I am at for the time being. I should be 150 but I am where I am currently at. :)

    It's taken some time to adjust, but now that I have been keeping up with what I'm eating it's been a lot easier!
