I'm an Apple shape with a small frame. I have very skinny legs and carry all my weight in my torso. I've been stuck at 158 now for a couple weeks and I'm frustrated. I workout almost every day and I'm in pretty decent shape. I am eating very healthy and not drinking alcohol. I thought MFP set my calorie goal too low (1250- I was starving every night) so I calculated my BMR and upped my calories to 1450, plus I'm eating back my exercise cal. Does anyone have any suggestions, pointers, advice?

People will really start to notice your hard work, and I feel like ultimately however far you get, feeling healthier and being able to do all the things you want to do physically is the best thing to gain, when you lose0 -
Maybe switch to going a little heavier (as in more frequently) on the weights/strength training? Relaxing a bit on cardio, and eating lots of fiber/fruits and veggies

I have a lot of upper body strength from the job that I do (cleaning a horse barn) so I'm focusing on lower body strength and lots of aerobics. I love to walk, jog, bike and dance. I think it's important to mix things up all the time so my body doesn't adjust. I do different things every day. Plus it's more fun that way!0 -
