    I use my weight goals as guide lines since I don't know what I'll look like when I'm down there. Most importantly I want to have my 24" waist back (currently 26") and 18-19% body fat (currently 23%).

    My goal weight is based on two things. (1) It's the mid-point of my healthy BMI range, although I do know that BMI isn't entirely accurate. (2) My sister who's about the same height and build as me looks great at 145.

    I have a lot of upper body strength from the job that I do (cleaning a horse barn) so I'm focusing on lower body strength and lots of aerobics. I love to walk, jog, bike and dance. I think it's important to mix things up all the time so my body doesn't adjust. I do different things every day. Plus it's more fun that way!

    SW on 1/1/13 was 280.4....at one point in 2012 I was 304 .......280.4 - 6 weeks ago when I joined MFP
    CW today is 259.8
    GW between 145 -155 or a size 8-10
    Not sure yet, I'll know when I get there.
    My lowest as an adult was 120ish...but I looked like a POW escapee
