I only do strength training and just watch my diet - that seems to work great for me. Check out my most recent before/after: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151651113497158&set=t.512397157&type=3&theater

I drove by McDonalds today and didn't even flinch! I USED to go there and pig out TWICE A DAY - it's my comfort food. Well NOT ANYMORE!

Mine is my first and last name separated by an underscore. LOL!

I sell Herbalife products and use them myself...the shakes are my favorite!!! As long as you keep the rest of your diet healthy, I think it really helps. Plus the shakes feel like desserts so you're not craving something sweet later.

I have never done Yoga, but I have been doing Pilates for a year now and it has COMPLETELY transformed my body!!! I am now long, lean, and thin compared to muscular and bulky fat (which I used to be). I am still muscular, just more of a lean muscle, toned look. Love it! Definitely recommend Pilates. Great core workout that…

Great - we can all support each other! I am aiming to lose my last 10-15 pounds by this Christmas!

I did that one and her weights one (alternated daily) and lost my first 10 pounds that way in about two weeks. Love it - great cardio!

The trainers always tell us that at our gym so I have always ran at 1% incline. You should definitely always do it! Today I was sprinting 9.5mph at 6% incline...and running 5mph on 15% incline. LOL! Not trying to brag, just saying that if you try it, you can definitely do it! And I hardly ever run on the treadmill...do…

Put ZUMBA under the "dance, aerobic" and that will give you something pretty acurate.

I drink my Herbalife nutrition/protein shakes which (when you add skim milk, soy milk, or lactaid) contains nearly half of your day's vitamins and nutrients, 18g of high-quality protein, and tastes AMAZING!!! Oh, and all only 180 calories total. Perfect post-workout snack, you can even add in a piece of fruit if you want…

When I'm actually concentrating on chewing gum to lose weight, I can go through two packs a week. I like the Orbitz Mint Green one...yum yum yum!

If you get really into it, then yes. Have you seen the new video on youtube of Dream Theater's new drummer Mike Mangini? He's wiping his face with huge towels to get the sweat off. Of course, if you're just playing a snare or something little, then its different. But bang it out, and have fun!

Bump! I'll update on the 1st!

I only log pills that add calories... For example...my Herbalife Multivitamins I do not log. But...my Fiber One chewables (15 calories) I do :)

I drink Herbalife shakes, and they are AWESOME! Helped me break out of my plateau and are all-natural. Lots of protein too! I drink 2 a day, along with 3 other meals/snacks to keep my metabolism revved up. Check out and read my profile if you want any more details on it - cuz its really helped aid me in my weight loss plus…

Yeah I have about 5-6 "meals" a day - I don't distinguish between a meal or a snack - they're all the same to me. Just some food every 3 hours to replenish my body and keep my metabolism going. My meals are 200-350 calories each, and I balance them out to equal my daily calories (1,200), or if I workout I eat a few more…

If you're worried about Glycogen...do your WEIGHTS strength workout first and then your cardio after so you're burning pure fat (instead of burning your muscle mass). It's a tip I do :)

I know its 22% because I use a body fat monitor at the gym and also calipers at the doctors office. Both methods have been consistent... I started at 28% when I weighed 155 and am now at 22% weighing 130.
-
I would also like to lose 5-10%. Yay!
-
It's funny that you put this up, because it tells me I'm a lot bigger than I actually am! I have a total hourglass figure, but my waist is 26" and I am very slim. However, my hips are 38" so this says I'm 28% body fat, when I'm actually only 22%. So wayyyy off. But very interesting!!!
-
Honestly, its taken me a YEAR to go from 155 to 130, so I would take it slow. I feel great now because even if i have a few days or even a week of slip-ups, my body DOESN'T gain the weight back. Instead, since the weight loss was so slow (yet right), my body feels perfect at this weight and my metabolism will speed up if I…

Honestly, I binge bi-weekly on my favorite candy bars (Heath and Kit Kats). Like, 2,000 calorie binges. It's pretty ridiculous. I couldn't even give them up for Lent because I knew beforehand I would fail (I gave up TV instead, which I am so far so good at!) I eat them because I am pretty close to my goal weight and I…
