Burn fat boost metabilism, anyone do this? I know everyone likes the thirty day shred, but if you have done this did yo see great results??

    Bump! Done the 30DS and currently doing Ripped in 30 but I'm looking for something more cardio based for variety.

    I did that one and her weights one (alternated daily) and lost my first 10 pounds that way in about two weeks. Love it - great cardio!

    you mean banish fat, boost metabolism? ive done it in the 30 day slimdown rotation...its pretty fun and i burn around 400 cals on it so i still do it once in a while...not sure of the result from it as i only did it every 4 days or so, but its great cardio

    I haven't ''followed" it - as in, done it 5 days a week or whatever is recommended - but I have the DVD and I do it once a week or so. AWESOME cardio and huge calorie burner :)
  • It's great, combined with No More Trouble Zones (every other day) gave me fantastic results

    Is it a high impact workout? Have knee problems at the moment so am looking for alternatives to the exercise bike and elliptical!

    You can adjust the way you do it, with 30DS, she shows you, so that it is not such a high impact.
  • There is alot of jumping butttt like the other poster stated you can modify the moves
