I am going back to monthly only weigh ins once my commitments are over in a Challenge I am in {don't want to let my team Members down} great idea, you see a more realistic result, don't get disheartened by small fluctuations which throw you off, etc and I love all that is said in above Quote, good luck!

i have been doing pretty well, slowly and that is the way to do it! Lost 13kg so far in 6 months but plateaued for 4 weeks, then gained last week! This was despite doing everything correctly, so a MFP advised me to do TDEE -20%, INCREASING my calorie intake and viola, I lost:bigsmile:

You are definitely not eating enough, eating back 1/2 your exercise calories is a great place to begin!
