Hi, I been on this healthy eating and fitness since new year longest I ever kept
to anything been working out at gym mainly running lots of cardio and a few weights
not much as just want to tone and have lost 10lb since January and now stuck at it
I'm eating 1200 cals a day I burning averagely 400-600 cal at the gym everytime I go
should I be eating more the thing is I'm not hungry so don't see point
eating more if 1200 is enough but weight loss seems stuck now
any ideas

yep. at a bare minimum you should eat your BMR, although more people swear by eating at yout TDEE-20% to lose weight (google both BMR calculator and TDEE calculator to find out your numbers).
i dont know your stats- but i can bet you didnt gain weight because it was so difficult to eat 1200 calories- you gained because you ate too much. we have been told for years to eat 1200 cals- but its not only too low for healthy body functions, its not very sustainable for most people.
use the calculators, up your cal intake, and track everything. be consistent for a few weeks and see the progress.
patience is key-- im learning it myselfwe didnt gain weight overnight, we wont lose it overnight either.

jamiek917, says it all, from my understanding.

I never exercised as my job is mainly sitting then eating the wrong foods
and snacking so the longer the better as it will stay off normally
I do quick fixes then put it all on and more so trying to do as a lifestyle
change rather than dieting. Thanks for that will take a look at it. Nikki x0 -
i agree with the other posts, you need to be netting 1200 as a minimum.0

Well my BMR is 1485.55 what does that mean and my TDEE is 2294 what do I do now to
Know how many calories I should be having. Any ideas0 -
1485 shoud be your bare minimum then. each body is different- find what works for you. my BMR and TDEE are similar to yours- right now im sticking to the 1600-1700 range and seeing how i progress.0
