I can see we're both in the same boat, I started at 270 in 2012, lost 55 in 2013, and gained it all back in 2014. I am back as of today and have very few active friends!

Thank you  I have been thinking about starting something after work, even if it's just a couple of nights a week. I am struggling to find the energy for it at the moment but I think maybe joining a group, like Zumba, would keep me on track if people begin to expect me there.

I'd love to join, I lost 65 pounds and fell off the wagon. I gained 17 pounds back over the last few months, so here I am again... 70 pounds to go!

I've had my fitbit for about 9 months now and I feel like I am missing a limb if I ever forget it! I am always choosing to use the stairs, walk the longer route, or even just walk up and down my kitchen while cooking to get more steps in - even if I'm already over my goal! I also agree with it being good to measure your…

Thank you, I've never heard of that before x

I'm 20 years old, 5ft 7 and weigh 223 pounds. I started losing weight exactly a year ago. Since then I have lost 56 pounds and over 40 inches and I'm hoping to do the same again this year, though I won't complain if I lose a bit more  SW - 279 CW - 223 GW - 140 My calorie goal is 1,200. I walk to and from work every…

Homemde spicy mixed bean soup for lunch as I didn't get up until almost midday. 190 calories. Starting as I mean to go on!

I am EXACTLY the same! So annoying!

I don't have really any tips but would be interested in what others have to say! I also love to bake but have decided that I will give away most of what I make this year. Maybe box the cakes, cookies and pies and give them as gifts? I'll still get the enjoyment I get from baking but without the temptation of having what…

I've lost 54 pounds, 14% body fat, over 40 inches, dropped 4 clothes sizes and I still don't see a difference

I'm exactly the same. It usually happens when I'm feeling stressed or down, which is a lot of the time at this time of year. I can't seem to stop myself. I know I'm doing it and know what it's doing to me but I just cannot stop!

I thought that! I've been overweight since I was a child. I'm 20, so it should take me about 30 years!?

I didn't used to. but I had a lot to lose. My weight loss stalled recently so I started eating my exercise calories and I've started losing again (very slowly though)

I'm 20 and my boyfriend, who I have been with for almost 2 years, is 32. The oldest guy I've ever dated was 38, I was 18, and the youngest guy I've ever dated seriously was 21, when I was 17. I've always liked older men. I think it's because I'm very mature for my age.

I wear it all day and all night. I find it's very accurate even for exercises on the elliptical and stationary bike. I dont even use my hrm any more! It does sync with mfp but if you sync it early in the day and aren't very active afterwards, your calories burned might go down for the day the next time you sync it.
