Great job everyone I'm not doing day 10 today. A little disappointed but I world 12hr overnight shift last night and had lot to do today. So since I haven't had any sleep in the last 28 hours I didn't want to take chance of hurting myself. I plan on doing day 10 in morning and moving to leave 2 tomorrow night.

Day Nine done I work 12hr overnight shifts and really wanted to stay in bed for an extra hour of sleep. But since October 1st my scrubs are getting loose so that was my motivation for getting out of bed and doing day Nine. Great job everyone One more day of level one

Day seven done I'm surprised how fast the workout goes

I did day 6 last night after my little road trip. My eating wasn't good at all yesterday but I didn't let that stop me from doing day.

Day 5 done I may not get day 6 done going to nephew birthday party four hours away. But if I don't get it done tomorrow already decided I will do a workout Sunday morning and another Sunday night Good job everyone Keep up the good work

Day four done. I didn't think I was going to have time today because of work, but I didn't have to go into second job to cover for someone. Its getting easier. Didn't stop durning the jumping jacks and used heavier weights for some of the exercises.

I did day 3 early this morning. I hate working out in the mornings but only time I could do the exercise today.

I just finished day two. I wanted to stop but didn't and feel so much better

I'm going to try for everyday.
