Day 13 done It took everything I had to do the dvd today. I worked 12hrs last night and had to take my daughter to work this afternoon. Day 12 done I thought I hated jumping jacks in level one but I'll take the jumping jacks over the planks any day. I love how the workout seems to go by fast. I'm also glad for the challenge group or I would have quite by now. Keep up the great work everyone

Great job everyone I'm not doing day 10 today. A little disappointed but I world 12hr overnight shift last night and had lot to do today. So since I haven't had any sleep in the last 28 hours I didn't want to take chance of hurting myself. I plan on doing day 10 in morning and moving to leave 2 tomorrow night.

Day Nine done I work 12hr overnight shifts and really wanted to stay in bed for an extra hour of sleep. But since October 1st my scrubs are getting loose so that was my motivation for getting out of bed and doing day Nine. Great job everyone One more day of level one

I did day 6 last night after my little road trip. My eating wasn't good at all yesterday but I didn't let that stop me from doing day.

Day four done. I didn't think I was going to have time today because of work, but I didn't have to go into second job to cover for someone. Its getting easier. Didn't stop durning the jumping jacks and used heavier weights for some of the exercises.

I did day 3 early this morning. I hate working out in the mornings but only time I could do the exercise today.
