I am all about pumpkin now too, it's fall! I made this recipe using fresh pumpkin. I have to say, overall it was a little disappointing, I would give it a "5" on the scale of 1-10. It was edible, I ate the whole thing, It was a "10" on the "healthy food scale" but it just didn't taste that good and kind of left me wanting something more. Today I tried another recipe and it hit the mark, but I will have to spend an extra 10 minutes working out :-)

I tried it and it was a little disappointing. I guess I was expecting something like pumpkin pie filling but it was no where near as sweet. Tasted more like a veggie side dish. ANd that's ok....just not what I was hoping for :-)how did it taste (for anyone who tried it out)??0
