Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
2 cups milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 very ripe medium-sized banana
3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (I used Oikos 0% fat Greek vanilla yogurt)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup pumpkin, cooked
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
4 dashes ginger powder
4 dashes nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla
8-10 ice cubes

I'd also suggest mixing coffee, unsweetened almond milk, coffee mate pumpkin spice creamer with some ice blended up. Stevia if you wish, too. It's like a 35 calorie version0 -
I am a bit of a smoothie fanatic....and my favorite thing is pumpkin, so I have experimented some!
I made this one the other day and it turned out yummy!
1 banana
1/2 c pumpkin
1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
I have also put in a carrot and that turned out good too.0 -
