  • Its just the opposite in our marriage! I want sex 3-4 nights a week weight or not weight he dosent! he wants it 1 time a week!!! I think you should be happy that he wants you in that way.   • Haha. A lot of people are asking why im going on this fast. Its a spiritual fast. My family is having some troubles emotionally and financially so im going on a fast to get closer to god. -Jenn And yeah, you are nosy! lolololol. I would ask too though. Haha
  • yeah, it happens. Just try to east small meals through out the day time and save a lot of cals for night. Im a BIG snacker! Its bad! But even if you go over, dont fret. Youve lost 3lbs more then you would have not being here! And theirs always tom! -Jenn

  • Their are so many variations you could try. I personally love the bicycle. You lay on your back and move your legs in the air like your riding a bike. It works all of your abs. Not just the top ones you work with the traditional lay down with hands behind your head. i learned it in pilates. Good luck!

  • Im on 1200. It wouldnt be that hard if i didnt like to eat so much! lol Some weeks i go 100-200 over every 3rd day or so. I feel like staggering your calories is a great way to get past the last 5-10lbs. It worked for me because it showed on my scale!
