I was 17 when I did this, but I was able to lose 20-30 pounds in order to enlist into the usn. Now i'm currently working on losing 30-40 pounds and I'm 18

Id like to lose alot also. Ive already lost 10 but thats not enough. I'm currently looking at getting down to the 130-125 area. Oh, btw.. I'm 5'3 and my birthday is in sept also :)

I wouldnt tell you to eat more because the way I look at it, we are in the same boat. I usually eat anywhere from 500 to 800 calories a day and i do agree, it is discourageing when your told to eat more.

I'm not very good at it but I run also. Mostly because I have to eventually run a mile and a half in under 15 minutes. Currently working my way through the C25K program to build up endurance. Feel free to add me :)
